Day 392 of Israeli genocide in Gaza: 43,259 killed, 101827 injured

The Israeli occupation military continues its genocidal war on Gaza for the 392nd consecutive day, intensifying bombardments and airstrikes across all areas of the besieged Strip.

Israeli occupation forces have committed three massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, killing 55 martyrs and injuring 186 who reached hospitals in the past 24 hours, confirmed the Gaza Health Ministry on Friday.

According to the ministry’s daily report, the number of Palestinians killed since the start of the Israeli war on the Strip last year has risen to 43,259 martyrs, in addition to 101,827 injuries.

This comes as the Israeli occupation military continues its genocidal war on Gaza for the 392st consecutive day, intensifying bombardments and airstrikes across all areas of the besieged Strip.

While some victims were able to be transported to the very few functioning hospitals in the Strip, countless others are trapped under the rubble, as Civil Defense crews cannot reach them due to Israeli bombardments and deliberate attacks against first responders.

Civil Defense forced to halt operations in Northern Gaza

The Civil Defense confirmed that, for the tenth consecutive day, its teams have been forced to suspend operations in all areas of northern Gaza due to ongoing Israeli targeting and aggression.

Meanwhile, the director of Al-Awda Hospital reported that only one surgeon is operating in hospitals in northern Gaza.

Entire family wiped out in Gaza as Israeli strikes intensify

Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza reported that the Israeli occupation forces wiped out the entire Al-Ghandour family in northern Gaza.

In central Gaza, our correspondent reported the killing of 12 people and multiple injuries following an airstrike that targeted the entrance of a school sheltering forcibly displaced people in the northern Nuseirat camp.

In a related context, local Palestinian media highlighted that four brothers were among those killed in the Israeli strikes on the Nuseirat refugee camp. They have been identified as Moataz, Mohammed, Omar, and Mustafa Mazan Abu Khadra. Another brother, Mahmoud, had also been killed just hours prior.

IOF also launched fire belts on the New Camp and the northern part of al-Mufti land in Nuseirat, resulting in multiple deaths and injuries after civilian homes were targeted in the New Camp.

In addition, our correspondent confirmed that three were killed in an Israeli artillery strike on a home in Nuseirat.

Our correspondent further reported heavy Israeli airstrikes on northern Nuseirat in central Gaza.

Two more people were killed in another Israeli artillery strike on a house in northern Nuseirat, central Gaza.

In the South, our correspondent reported that the remains of three martyrs were transferred to Nasser Medical Hospital in Khan Younis. He also noted that injuries were reported from an Israeli airstrike that targeted a civilian vehicle in the al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis.

Additionally, he mentioned a series of airstrikes that shook the al-Junaina neighborhood in central Rafah.

'We buried 117 members of our family': BeitLahia massacre survivors

Meanwhile, the very few survivors of the Abu Nasr family confirmed that the Israeli occupation's attack on the Beirut Lahia project building a few days ago was carried out without any prior warning.

Speaking to Al Mayadeen, the survivors revealed that the building was sheltering 250 displaced Palestinians. "We had to walk around the bodies of our loved ones, and we buried 117 members of our family," they said.

Israeli occupation forces exterminated the al-Ghandour family in north Gaza, according to Al Mayadeen's correspondent.

In central Gaza, 47 Palestinians were killed and tens were injured, overwhelmingly women and children, in the Israeli bombardment of Deir al-Balah, the Nuseirat refugee camp, and al-Zawaideh, during the early hours of Friday.

The occupation's artillery shelled eastern al-Qarara, in north Khan Younis, south Gaza.

The municipality of BeitLahia in northern Gaza declared on Wednesday the city a "disaster zone" due to the ongoing Israeli blockade and the paramount destruction.

The municipality reported that "the city is without food, water, hospitals, doctors, essential services, or means of communication," urging an end to the siege and the establishment of a safe corridor to deliver medical supplies, food, fuel, civil defense equipment, and ambulances.

Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that "over 150 people have been martyred in recent hours amid ongoing massacres across the Gaza Strip." Meanwhile, heavy Israeli bombardment has continued to target the besieged area of Jabalia in northern Gaza.

Hezbollah forces Israeli troops' withdrawal from Khiam, South Lebanon

Hezbollah's fighters continue defending their homeland and supporting the people of Gaza by confronting infiltrating Israeli forces and pounding several settlements and vital sites and bases.

The Israeli infantry force attacking the eastern neighborhood of the southern Lebanese border village of Khiam over the past two days was forced to retreat and withdraw amid its failure to invade the town, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in South Lebanon reported.

The withdrawal began past midnight on Thursday, when the Israeli forces covered their tracks with around 40 white phosphorus projectiles and artillery shells, alongside a series of airstrikes.

Israeli artillery shelling was heavily focused on the northernmost area of the Khiam detention camp and the easternmost vicinity of the municipality, an axis of direct engagement and ground confrontations using the appropriate weapons, for about 15 consecutive hours.

On Friday, the Islamic Resistance announced that its fighters bombarded an Israeli troop gathering in southernmost Khiam with a barrage of advanced rockets.

In a series of blows to the Israeli occupation forces, the chief of the IOF Northern Command, Major General OriGordin, sustained injuries when his vehicle overturned during a tour along Lebanon's southern border.

This comes as the Lebanese Resistance valiantly confronts occupation soldiers and their attempts to invade South Lebanon, thwarting their plots and inflicting major damage on their units, including the destruction of their troop carriers, Merkava tanks, and bulldozers. At least 95 Israeli soldiers have been killed over the past month, while over 900 sustained injuries, Hezbollah confirmed.

Saturday's operations

The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon - Hezbollah - caught momentum during the early hours of Saturday, kickstarting its operations by hammering the Israeli Military Intelligence Unit 8200's Glilot Base in the Tel Aviv suburbs, using a salvo of advanced rockets. The base was targeted once again at 7:45 am with a one-way attack drone.

The operation, as declared by Hezbollah's military media, came as part of its Khaybar series of operations, as well as in defense of the people of Lebanon and their territories, and in support of Gaza and its resilient Resistance.

As part of the Khaybar series and under the call of "LabbaykYaNasrallah", the Islamic Resistance deployed a swarm of attack drones targeting the Palmachim Airbase, which houses a military research center and radar for the Hetz [Arrow] system, located in south Tel Aviv, confirming direct hits.

The Zvulun Military Industries Base north of Haifa was targeted twice over the course of two hours, with a barrage of advanced rockets first, then a missile salvo. Meanwhile, the Ramat David base and its airport were also targeted with a swarm of one-way drones, achieving direct hits.

The ELTA systems, an Israeli radar company that develops advanced defense and intelligence electronics, located in northeast Haifa, was also bombarded with a rocket salvo.

Additionally, the Islamic Resistance bombarded five settlements in Palestine's occupied north in accordance with the evacuation warnings issued against northern settlements.

The YesudHaMa'ala, Dalton, Sha'al, Bar-Yohai (occupied al-Safsaf, north of Safad), and Birya (north of Safad) settlements came under attack after Hezbollah launched barrages of rockets toward each.

Israeli enemy soldiers were also directly targeted in Maroun al-Ras, Safad, Bar-Yohai, and al-Malikiyah.

Operations Overview

  • At 2:30 am, the Islamic Resistance fighters bombarded the 8200 Military Intelligence Unit's Glilot base, in the suburbs of Tel Aviv, using a high-end rocket barrage.

  • The Islamic Resistance targeted an Israeli soldier gathering in the Bar-Yohai settlement with a missile barrage at 12:30 pm.
  • The Islamic Resistance bombarded the occupied city of Safad with a missile salvo at 1:30 pm.
  • Hezbollah targeted the Ramat David base and its airport with a swarm of one-way drones, achieving direct hits.
  • At 7:45 am, Hezbollah fighters deployed a one-way attack drone targeting the 8200 Military Intelligence Unit's Glilot base, achieving a direct hit.
  • The Islamic Resistance bombarded Shraga base, north of Akka, with a swarm of one-way drones.
  • At 2:00 pm, Hezbollah fighters targeted the Misgav base's regional logistic regiment with a rocket salvo.
  • At 2:00 pm, Hezbollah fighters targeted the ELTA defense systems company, northeast Haifa, with a rocket salvo.
  • Non-stop alerts deafen the north

Meanwhile, Israeli Army Radio reported non-stop alerts amid a drone infiltration into vast regions in the occupied north for around 30 minutes, followed by alerts in Ramat David. Several warplanes were deployed to intercept the drones launched from Lebanon, with attempts still ongoing.

Three to four drones reportedly infiltrated occupied airspace, with several explosions sounding across various sites.

Israel Hayom consequently reported a drone explosion inside a factory in the Achziv settlement, in the occupied Western Golan.

Hezbollah's operations have proven to be particularly destructive and lethal, with Israeli media reporting increasing concerns at the military level following several precise drone attacks carried out by the Resistance, including that on the Binyamina training camp, and the bullseye attack on Netanyahu's bedroom.

Al-Qassam claims responsibility for op. killing Israeli troops in Jabalia

The al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, claimed responsibility for the killing of an officer and three Israeli occupation soldiers of the Israeli Unit 888, a special multi-dimensional unit of the Israeli occupation forces also known as the Ghost Unit.

The Israeli occupation acknowledged that its troops died on October 29 during their invasion of Jabalia, northern Gaza.

Details of the operation, announced on Saturday, reveal that al-Qassam detonated a pre-rigged house against a dismounted Israeli force near al-Fakhura School, west of Jabalia camp in northern Gaza, resulting in casualties among the force's members.

In the same context and as part of their defense against Israeli occupation forces in the ongoing war, especially in northern Jabalia, the al-Qassam Brigades carried out a complex ambush near al-Fakhura School. They targeted an Israeli military D9 bulldozer using the locally manufactured al-Yassin 105 shell and conducted another operation against a gathering of Israeli soldiers using an anti-personnel IED, causing fatalities and injuries among the group.

The al-Qassam Brigades further announced targeting two other Israeli D9 military bulldozers using the al-Yassin 105 shells near al-Qimma Company, west of Jabalia camp.

Meanwhile, al-Qassam's Military Media released footage documenting the targeting of an Israeli armored personnel carrier with an al-Yassin 105 shell near the al-Saftawi junction, west of Jabalia camp.

In parallel, the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades shelled Israeli occupation forces' vehicles that had penetrated north of the al-Nuseirat camp with short-range 107 missiles and mortar shells.

Furthermore, the al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of Palestinian Islamic Jihad, released footage of a sniper operation targeting an Israeli soldier around the Civil Administration area, east of Jabalia camp.

Additionally, the al-Mujahedeen Brigades showcased footage of an attack on an enemy command and control post stationed on the Netzarim Axis with Hasib 111 rockets.

12 Israeli solders killed, injured in Jabalia ambush

Earlier, the Palestinian Resistance factions, on Friday, as part of their operations against Israeli forces across various battlefronts in Gaza, conducted an operation that killed a dozen enemy soldiers.

The al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, executed a complex operation in the al-Kasayeb neighborhood of Jabalia, northern Gaza. According to a statement, the al-Qassam fighters targeted an Israeli armored personnel carrier with an al-Yassin-105 anti-tank RPG and struck a house in which 12 Israeli soldiers sheltered with a TBG missile, resulting in casualties among the soldiers.

Israe' kills, injures Palestinians in central Gaza, bombards north

The Israeli occupation continues to deliberately target civilians across Gaza, hindering all rescue operations, and destroying homes and shelters as the genocide persists.

As the Israeli aggression across the Gaza Strips remains ceaseless, five Palestinians were killed and more injured in the Israeli bombardment of several homes in Nuseirat, central Gaza.

Palestinian media reported the arrival of three martyrs and a number of injuries to al-Awda Hospital after the Israeli occupation bombarded the Al-Assar family home in Nuseirat's Camp 5.

Moreover, Al Mayadeen's correspondent in Gaza reported the launch of heavy fire from Israeli quadcopters on the al-Daawa school, northeast of the Nuseirat refugee camp. Meanwhile, Israeli airstrikes were also launched on the camp's northwestern area.

In easternmost Deir al-Balah, our correspondent reported an Israeli airstrike targeting Wadi al-Salqa.

A woman was killed in the Israeli bombardment of her home in the al-Rahma neighborhood, to the west of the new camp in Nuseirat, while rescue teams were unable to reach her location due to Israeli obstruction.

An Israeli drone also deliberately targeted emergency medical crews while they were recovering the bodies of martyrs and treating the injured in the northern area of Nuseirat camp.

'Israel' suffocating northern Gaza

In northern Gaza, the Israeli occupation continues to tighten the noose on Palestinians for the 29th consecutive day, starving, sieging, and massacring them, particularly in BeitLahia and the Jabalia refugee camp.

Once again, the IOF bombarded the BeitLahia project after a large-scale massacre killed 117 Palestinians, the majority of whom were women and children.

The very few survivors of the Abu Nasr family confirmed that the Israeli occupation's attack on the Beirut Lahia project building a few days ago was carried out without any prior warning.

Speaking to Al Mayadeen, the survivors revealed that the building was sheltering 250 displaced Palestinians. "We had to walk around the bodies of our loved ones, and we buried 117 members of our family," they said.

Palestinian factions on Balfour Declaration: Resistance is crucial

On the anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, Palestinian factions voice their strong belief in the inevitability of victory for the Palestinian Resistance, which they assert is supported by the broader Axis of Resistance.

On the 107th anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, Palestinian Resistance factions issued statements condemning the British-American colonial project that has taken root in the region. They emphasized that Resistance movements are actively confronting this project throughᅠOperation Al-Aqsa Flood.

The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement expressed that for over a century, starting in 1917, a nefarious promise led to the ongoing suffering of the Palestinian people, while Western powers persist in their wrongdoing by backing the occupying entity in its violent campaign against Gaza.

The movement also emphasized that the commitment made by British Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour to create a national homeland for Jews was an unjust promise given by someone without the rightful authority to do so.

They contended that this commitment was established on foundations intended to eradicate the Palestinian people, resulting in their killings and the expulsion of those who remain outside of Palestine. The movement stressed that this agenda continues to be advanced by both Zionists and Western powers today.

On this anniversary, the Mujahideen Movement stressed that "Britain and the West bear full responsibility for the ongoing tragedy of the Palestinian people for over a century by establishing the entity state on our land after they financially, militarily, and politically supported the Zionist gangs."

The movement highlighted that the unwavering support from the United States and Western nations for the Zionist entity in its genocidal actions in Gaza is a continuation of the historical injustices inflicted on their people by major global powers over a century ago. They stressed that the entirety of Palestine belongs to them and affirmed their commitment to not relinquish any part of it, asserting that Resistance is the means through which they will reclaim their land and restore their rights.

Palestinian Resistance Committees

The Palestinian Resistance Committees declared that the ongoing massacres, acts of genocide, and ethnic cleansing are a direct consequence of the Balfour Declaration and the alliance of Western powers against the Palestinian people and the Arab world.

They emphasized that "Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, alongside the steadfastness of the Palestinian people, their deep-rooted connection to their land, remarkable resilience, and courageous resistance, serves as a clear response to the conspiracies and schemes of the West and the Zionist-American enemy, which aim to uproot the Palestinian people and eradicate their cause."

The committees emphasized that despite the intense hatred, destruction, and violent Zionist-American attacks, the Palestinian struggle for freedom remains unwavering.

They expressed confidence that the Palestinian Resistance, backed by the Axis of Resistance, would eventually triumph. The legacy of the Balfour Declaration, they argued, will crumble in the face of the ongoing heroic efforts of resistance fighters in Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, and Iran.

Daily Sabah – November 1, 2024

Overnight Israeli airstrikes on Gaza City kill 47 Palestinians

Forty-seven Palestinians, including many women and children, were killed and dozens more injured during an overnight Israeli bombardment in the central Gaza Strip, according to the Palestinian news agency WAFA on Friday.

The strikes hit the city of Deir Al-Balah, the Nuseirat refugee camp, and the town of Al-Zawayda.

The Israeli military reported that its forces had identified and eliminated members of the Palestinian group Hamas in central Gaza during targeted raids in the Jabalia area of northern Gaza.

The Gaza war began after Hamas' Oct. 7, 2023, incursion into southern Israel, which killed about 1,200 people and resulted in 251 hostages being taken back to Gaza, according to Israel.

Israel's subsequent genocidal assault on Gaza has killed more than 43,000 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and reduced much of the enclave to rubble.

At least 46 Palestinians were killed in Israeli military strikes across the Gaza Strip on Thursday, mostly in the north, where one attack hit a hospital, torching medical supplies and disrupting operations, the enclave's health officials said.

Israel's military claims Hamas of using Kamal Adwan Hospital in BeitLahiya for military purposes and stated that dozens of the group's members have been hiding there.

Health officials and Hamas deny the assertion.

The Health Ministry in the Gaza Strip called on all international bodies "to protect hospitals and medical staff from the brutality of the (Israeli) occupation."

Medical charity Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) said on Thursday that one of its doctors at the hospital, Mohammed Obeid, had been detained last Saturday by Israeli forces. MSF called for the protection of him and all medical staff who "are facing horrific violence as they try to provide care."

Beirut hit hard as 10 Israeli strikes rain down amid truce talks

At least 10 strikes pounded Beirut's southern suburbs early Friday, targeting buildings in a Hezbollah stronghold after the Israeli army ordered evacuations.

The escalation comes just a day after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met with U.S. officials to explore a potential deal to end the war in Lebanon, as casualties continue to rise on both sides of the border.

Agence France-Presse (AFP) TV footage captured intense explosions, with plumes of smoke billowing across the suburban skyline.

"The raids left massive destruction in the targeted areas, as dozens of buildings were leveled, in addition to the outbreak of fires," Lebanon’s National News Agency said.

The strikes targeted Ghobeiry and al-Kafaat suburbs, the SayyedHadi Highway, the vicinity of the al-Mujtaba Complex, and the old airport road, the agency added.

The Israeli military has repeatedly bombarded southern Beirut in recent weeks while also carrying out deadly strikes elsewhere in the capital and across Lebanon.

Cease-fire talks

During talks on Thursday, Netanyahu told U.S. envoys Amos Hochstein and Brett McGurk that any Lebanon deal must ensure Israel's long-term security.

Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant also met with the Americans, saying in a statement that their discussions focused on "security arrangements related to the northern arena and Lebanon, and efforts to secure the return of 101 hostages still held by Hamas in Gaza."

According to Israeli media reports citing government sources, the U.S.-brokered plan would require Hezbollah forces to withdraw about 20 miles (30 kilometers) from the border, north of the Litani River.

Israeli troops would withdraw from Lebanon, and the Lebanese army, alongside U.N. peacekeepers, would then assume control of the border.

Lebanon would be responsible for preventing Hezbollah from rearming, and Israel would retain its rights under international law to act in self-defense.

Analysts say Israel's campaign against the Iran-backed Hezbollah has strengthened its position in reaching a deal.

Growing death toll

Also on Thursday, Israeli medics and a local leader reported seven Israelis killed by cross-border fire from Lebanon – one of the highest one-day tolls in Israel in more than a year of cross-border exchanges.

Four Thais in the northern Israeli town of Metula were also killed by rocket fire from Lebanon on Thursday, according to Thailand's foreign minister.

The Metula regional council reported that one local farmer and four foreign farmworkers were killed in the strike.

Since the escalation on Sept. 23, following tit-for-tat cross-border exchanges that Hezbollah said were in support of Hamas, the war has killed at least 1,829 people in Lebanon, according to an AFP tally of Health Ministry figures.

The United Nations children's agency, UNICEF, said Thursday that Israel has killed at least one child per day and wounded an average of 10 daily since Oct. 4.

Israel’s military says 37 soldiers have been killed in Lebanon since ground operations began on Sept. 30.

The NNA reported that the Israeli army struck east Lebanon's main city of Baalbek on Thursday, two hours after issuing an evacuation order. The operation reportedly killed six people and destroyed several houses and buildings.

The NNA also said six others were killed in raids on the town of Maqna, which was not included in the Israeli evacuation order.

Gaza talks

Hezbollah's new leader, NaimQassem – who took the reins after Israel killed his predecessor, Hassan Nasrallah – has not explicitly linked a Lebanon cease-fire to an end to the fighting in Gaza, as the group previously insisted.

"If the Israelis decide to stop the aggression, we say we accept, but under conditions, we see as appropriate," he said in his first speech since taking over on Tuesday.

U.S., Egyptian and Qatari mediators have long been trying to secure a truce and a hostage-prisoner exchange in Israel's war in Gaza.

Mediators working to broker a cease-fire are expected to propose a truce of "less than a month" to the Palestinian group Hamas, a source with knowledge of the talks told AFP.

The proposal involves exchanging Israeli hostages for Palestinians in Israeli prisons and increasing aid to Gaza, the source added.

But on Thursday, senior Hamas official Taher al-Nunu reiterated that the group rejected a short-term pause.

"Hamas supports a permanent end to the war, not a temporary one," al-Nunu said.

Hamas’s Oct. 7 incursion on Israel last year triggered the war, resulting in 1,206 deaths.

Israel’s retaliatory genocidal bombardment and ground campaign have killed 43,204 people in Gaza, mostly women and children, according to Health Ministry data, which the United Nations confirms as reliable.

Noah's Ark location found in Türkiye after decoding ancient tablet

After years of study, scientists say they’ve decoded an ancient Babylonian artifact that points to the location of Noah’s Ark in present-day Türkiye. The 3,000-year-old clay tablet, known as the Imago Mundi, is considered the world’s oldest maNoah's Ark locationp.

“This is the oldest map of the world, in the world,” said Dr. Irving Finkel, a British Museum curator and cuneiform expert.

Biblical texts recount that Noah's Ark settled on Mount Ağrı (Ararat) in Türkiye after a 150-day flood that submerged the Earth, leaving only those aboard the ark to survive. The supposed ark location in Türkiye matches the Bible's measurements—"300 cubits, 50 cubits, by 30 cubits"—estimated to be about 515 feet long, 86 feet wide, and 52 feet high.

Controversy surrounds whether this site, known as the Durupınar Formation, is a natural rock formation or a divine relic. Situated near Mount Tendürek, just 29 kilometers from Mount Ağrı’s peak, the boat-like formation aligns closely with the dimensions of the ark. Some believe it to be remnants of Noah’s Ark, while skeptics, including geologists, argue that natural processes shaped the structure.

"The first place you come to is called 'Urartu', it's drawn on the map. Now, the interesting thing about that is that in the Bible Noah, in his Ark, landed on a mountain where the name is 'Ararat' and 'Ararat' is the Hebrew equivalent of the Assyrian 'Urartu'. That's quite a meaty thing, quite an interesting thing to think about because it shows that the story was the same, and of course that one led to the other but also, that from the Babylonian point of view, this was a matter of fact thing," Finkel sad.

The region around Mount Ağrı – also known as Mount Ararat in English – where the boat is said to have run aground as the flood receded attracts thousands ofᅠlocal and foreign tourists every year and continues to attract the attention of foreign researchersᅠand documentary filmmakers.

In the Quran, it is mentioned that Allah informed Noah about an impending flood that would engulf the entire Earth to save him and all those who are with him in his ark. Noah then proceeded to build his vessel in which he kept members of his family along with pairs of all animals and bir

Israeli warship spotted in Suez Canal fuels anger, speculation

A video showing an Israeli warship passing through the Suez Canal circulated the Internet on Saturday sparking significant anger and speculation.

The incident prompted the Suez Canal Authority (SCA) to release a statement, specifically affirming its commitment to the Constantinople Convention of 1888, Anadolu Agency reported.

The convention explicitly states that the canal must remain "free and open at all times, both in peace and war, to every vessel of commerce or war, without distinction of flag."

The timing of the warship's passage coincides with a separate incident involving the German ship MV Kathrin, which was reported to have docked in Alexandria earlier this week carrying military supplies destined for Israel.

In response to public concerns regarding military cooperation with "Israel", Egyptian officials issued a social media statement denying such collaborations.
