War on Humanity: Gaza Tells Horrors of Crimes Against Humanity and Genocide
Dr. Mahboob A. Khawaja, PhD.
The Making of Genocide on Screen
Is PM Netanyahu an egomaniac leader to Israelis? Most would question his delusional hold on power and demand his resignation but agree, he made Gaza inhabitable and delivered impunity from foreign dictates to the naked eyes of the conscientious world. To a rational observer, human understanding cannot be tempered with impunity for crimes against the civilian population. His arrest warrant by the ICC is often a puzzle as nobody would enforce its implementation. The latest report by Amnesty International confirms the ‘crime against humanity’ and Genocide’ were committed by the Israeli forces on Gaza. “Hell on Earth” – The UN Secretary General warns the conscientious global community of appaling and catastrophic conditions in Gaza from all spectrum of reason with more than 44,000 civilian massacred, more than 100,355 injured, more than 16,000 children and women massacred and 16,000 or more women and children still buried under rubble and unaccounted for, and the rest of humanity under continuous bombardment by the Israeli warmachines supported and aided by the US supplied weapons of mass destruction. Even the hospitals, places of worship, schools, graveyards and safe zones are not spared by the Israeli war machines. Israeli leaders reportedly have dropped more than four equal to Hiroshima nuclear bombs on Gaza. International observers spell out the tragic events: words cannot describe the humanitarian calamities and sufferings of the besieged people of Gaza and the West Bank.
The Gaza genocide is happening alive on screen in daily media coverage because there are no Arab or Muslim leaders to challenge the Israeli myth of being a Middle East superpower. The Arab -Muslim leaders do not exist on this planet except being after dinner jokes across the Western world. The Western institutions of peace, security and conflict management feel no obligation to protect the civilian population of Gaza because their ethnicity does not correspond to the Anglo-Saxon origin. If the original population of Gaza and West Bank-Palestine happened to be Jews or Christians, the bombing and destruction was unthinkable. “It is only wrong doers stand as Protectors- one to another; But God is the Protector of Righteous”clarifies the Divine message. (The Quran: 45;19). Another clarification points out the truth: “We have not created the Heavens and the earth and whatever is between them in sport: We have not created them but for a serious end. But the greater part of them do not understand it.” (The Quran: Chapter 44: 38).The professed animosity is against Islam and Palestinians and Israel spearheads the killing of civilians to end the freedom movement for an independent State of Palestine.
Chris Hedges and Peter Koenig (“The Horror, The Horror” in Gaza. Chris Hedges. What Is the UN Good for? Where Is the Human Rights Commission When It Is Needed? Global Research: 11/13/2023): ….. “The Horror is of blood and shredded children. The Horror is of thousands and thousands – tens of thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands — dead bodies disintegrating in the rubbles of indiscriminately IDF-bombed hospitals, apartment buildings, mosques – you name it.” https://www.globalresearch.ca/horror-gaza-what-un-good-where-human-rights-commission-when-needed/5839831
The US and European Leaders Ignored the Israeli Crimes Against Humanity and Genocide
Evil happens when conscientious men do nothing. To this author, a cataclysmic nature of human intellect is unleashing a highly irrational and unthinkable world of complexity to come to our consciousness destroying all progress and achievements of any human civilization on this Earth. Is it not a conspiracy against humanity, Nature and our sustainable future on this planet?
They claim to be peacemakers but horrors of war, pains and morally corrupt leadership practices show deception and inconsistency in policies and behaviors. Both the US President, Secretary Blinken deceived and misled the world with talks of a ceasefire plan since May 2024, and a ‘two-state solution’—all simply to buy time for Israel to put an end to life in Gaza and the freedom of Palestine. They found equally inept, corrupt and despotic Arab-Muslim leaders to engage them in the fallacy of peacemaking and allow Israel to commit catastrophic crimes against Palestinian people. The US and Israeli leaders have unbridled ambitions and power, unleashing violent assumptions of hatred, secret intrigues, and animosities that overwhelm the daily thought processes of a society—a nation, no matter how “normal” it claims to be, cannot function as a normal entity when it mocks the originality of Palestinians and calls for “death to Arabs.” The Arab-Muslim leadership was complicit in making the genocide happen in Gaza.
Israeli leaders had planned long before the Gaza onslaught to populate the region with settlers and rob it of its natural resources. Felicity Arbhutant and Michel Chossudovsky (Video: Global Research:12/03/24: https://www.globalresearch.ca/israel-gas-oil-and-trouble-in-the-levant/536), explains: An official “secret” memorandum authored by Israel’s Ministry of Intelligence recommended the forcible and permanent transfer of Gaza’s 2.2 million Palestinian residents to Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula, specifically to a refugee camp in Egyptian territory." Felicity Arbhutant clarifies: Netanyahu’s October 2023 declaration of war against 2.3 million people of the Gaza Strip is a continuation of its 2008-2009 invasion of Gaza under“Operation Cast Lead.” The underlying objective is the outright military occupation of Gaza by Israel’s IDF forces and the expulsion of Palestinians from their homeland. I should however mention that there are powerful financial interests which stand to benefit from Israel’s criminal undertaking (Genocide) directed against Gaza.....“Israel is set to become a major exporter of gas and some oil, “IfAll Goes to Plan”. In the current context,Israel’s “All Goes to Plan” option consists in bypassing Palestine and “Wiping Gaza off the Map”, as well confiscating ALL Gaza’s maritime offshore gas reserves, worth billions of dollars.
Proactive, Moral and Spiritually Enriched Leadership Could Change the Emerging Dark Future
We, the People, We, the Humanity are equipped with incomparable knowledge and wisdom, and if we bomb and destroy the earth and its sustainability for life, then we negate our very existence as the intelligent beings responsible to protect life and sanctity of the Earth. We are capable of resolving problems through dialogue and peaceful means. But our professed ignorance and arrogance toward Divine Knowledge have pushed us toward evil and futility in a global cataclysm - the treacherous conflict at the epicenter of man-made destruction, driven by lingering suspicion toward others within this magnificent Universe. The Earth and the Universe are meant to support human beings and meet all their needs across time and space. Are we living in a disconnected world of our own making? The Message of the Quran (64:40, 67:40) clarifies the truth of universal brotherhood and wisdom for all the times to come:
Horrors of war against innocent people of Gaza and irresistable belligerence of Israeli and American leaders must be stopped by reasoned convergence of global voices of Reason for change and accountability for the crimes. While the US and West European leaders offer lip service, canons of fairness demand equal treatment of both parties to the conflict. Palestinians are worthy of human dignity and rights as are the Israelis”, and “Two States - Israel and Palestine.” “Gaza: War on We, the People and Arab-Muslimメs Shame” https://www.uncommonthought.com/mtblog/archives/2023/11/22/gaza-war-on-we-the-people-and-arab-muslims-shame.php
We cannot abandon the search for a better and more rational world of systematic mechanisms to protect peace and security of mankind on this planet. We, the People, We the Humanity and conscientious thinkers and scholars must wake-up to the immense sophisticated and technologically advanced challenges to disconnect us from the Nature of Things and to dehumanize us by global scenarios of ethnicities, nationalism, state borders and cultural superiorities and ruling class distinctions. William Godwin (Enquiry Concerning Political Justice and Its Influence on Modern Moral and Happiness, 1793), said it right:
Men of genius must rise up ... .to analyse the machine of society to demonstrate how the parts are connected together… and point out the defects and remedy. It is thus only that important reforms can be produced…He who is a friend to general happiness will neglect no chance of producing in his pupil or his child, one of the long-looked for saviours of the human race.

Day 428: Gaza continues to bear the brunt of Israeli aggression
While some of the victims were transported to the few partially functioning hospitals in the Strip, most of them remain trapped beneath the rubble.
The Israeli occupation committed four massacres across the Gaza Strip in 24 hours, killing 52 Palestinians and injuring 142 others.
While some of the victims were transported to the few partially functioning hospitals in the Strip, most of them remain trapped beneath the rubble, with almost impossible means to get out, amid the continuous Israeli obstruction of rescue operations.
This brings the death toll to 44,664 Palestinians, in addition to 105,976 injuries since October 7, 2023.
The Israeli genocide continues
The Israeli occupation continues its relentless bombardment of Gaza for the 428th consecutive day, killing and injuring dozens of Palestinians.
Al Mayadeen's correspondent reported that an Israeli drone strike targeted the area surrounding Ahmed Shawki School in the Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City, killing five people and wounding several others.
Our correspondent added that Al-Awda Hospital in the Nuseirat camp has received 26 martyrs and over 60 injured individuals in the past few hours.
In southern Gaza, IOF targeted a group of Palestinians near the municipal stadium on the beach in Rafah, resulting in one martyr and multiple injuries. Additionally, two people were killed by Israeli gunfire in the al-Mawasi area, west of Rafah.
Invading Israeli units have also besieged civilians near the American hospital in al-Mawasi while demolishing new residential buildings in Rafah. Explosions reportedly echoed throughout the night as further destruction unfolded.
In Khan Younis, IOF targeted a group of Palestinians in the town of Khuzaa, leaving several injured. In northern Gaza, Israeli artillery and airstrikes continued to devastate Beit Lahia and Jabalia, destroying residential buildings.
The IOF waged a targeted campaign against the healthcare sector in Gaza, currently evident in the repeated attacks on Kamal Adwan Hospital.
It is worth noting that the Israeli occupation carried out a massacre, bombing the home of the al-Nadi family in the al-Nuseirat camp on Friday. At least 20 people were martyred and more than 40 others were injured in the attack.
While some of the victims were transported to the few partially functioning hospitals in the Strip, most of them remain trapped beneath the rubble, with almost impossible means to get out, amid the continuous Israeli obstruction of rescue operations.
It is worth noting that the death toll from the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip has risen to 44,612 killed, in addition to 105,834 injured since October 7, 2023, according to Gaza's Health Ministry.
Nearly 1mln children in Gaza facing winter without basic needs: UN
The United Nations called Friday for the urgent delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, highlighting the worsening conditions faced by over half a million Palestinians as winter approaches.
"As winter sets in, some 545,000 people in Gaza are living in damaged buildings and makeshift shelters, underscoring the urgency of ensuring that thousands of tarpaulins and repair materials can be safely brought into the Strip without delay," UN spokesperson Stephane Dujarric stated during a press briefing.
Dujarric also referenced the UN Population Fund (UNFPA), noting that 50 trucks loaded with essential supplies—such as blankets, generators, medicines, and surgical equipment—have been stranded at the Egyptian border for weeks.
It is noteworthy that the Israeli occupation military maintains control over the entry of goods into Gaza through the Rafah crossing at the Palestinian-Egyptian border.
"Many of these trucks have been delayed for more than 50 days," Dujarric highlighted, emphasizing that the UN and its partners continue to appeal for the safe passage of humanitarian aid into Gaza as the suffering across the Strip intensifies.
Meanwhile, UNICEF Executive Director Catherine Russell highlighted the plight of Gaza’s children. "Nearly one million children in Gaza are facing another winter without basic shelter, food, water and protection," she noted.
"The suffering of all children caught in this nightmare must stop," she underlined, stressing, "Children need a ceasefire. Now."

Yemen fires missile on Israel
The Israeli army claimed on Saturday that its air force had intercepted a missile launched from Yemen before it entered Israeli airspace.
In X, Israeli military spokesperson Avichay Adraee said that the missile was intercepted by the air force before it breached Israeli airspace. No sirens were triggered, he added.
Since November 2023, Yemen's Houthis have targeted Israeli or Israeli-linked cargo ships in the Red Sea with missiles and drones, as well as launched attacks on Israeli territory.
The Houthis say these actions are in solidarity with Gaza amid the genocidal Israeli war that began in October 2023 and has so far killed more than 44,600 people, mostly women and children.
Last month the International Criminal Court issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Israel also faces a genocide case at the International Court of Justice for its war on Gaza.

North Gaza:
Israel destroys the last collapsing hospital to complete forced displacement crime
by Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor
Palestinian territory – Israel is systematically closing hospitals in northern Gaza through direct military targeting, a suffocating siege, and the killing, injuring, and arresting of patients, wounded individuals, and medical personnel. This is part of an ongoing crime of forced displacement against all Palestinian residents of northern Gaza.
Early this morning, Israeli occupation forces resumed military assaults on civilians in Beit Lahia, conducting deadly raids on homes and streets before encircling Kamal Adwan Hospital, which remains partially operational, along with two other hospitals in northern Gaza.
According to Euro-Med field field teams, Israeli forces used Palestinian detainees as human shields, forcing them to warn hospital staff that all displaced persons and companions of patients must leave the premises and head to areas controlled by Israeli forces. Many were arrested upon arrival, while others were forced to flee to a checkpoint in the Civil Administration are and eventually to Gaza City.
The Israeli military also forced the evacuation of the Indonesian medical delegation volunteering at Kamal Adwan Hospital, leaving without their vehicles.
The assault near Kamal Adwan Hospital lasted several hours, leaving between 30 and 50 people dead in nearby streets and homes. Witnesses report that searches for additional victims are ongoing.
Dr. Hussam Abu Safia, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, described the catastrophic situation inside and outside the facility. Four medical staff members were killed, many others injured, and the hospital is now without surgeons. He stated that the Israeli forces compelled the Indonesian Hospital’s medical team—the only team conducting surgeries—to evacuate, leaving hundreds of victims in desperate need of immediate care amid dwindling medical supplies.
Dr. Abu Safia added that the Israeli forces targeted oxygen generators, leaving only two inexperienced surgeons to handle critical cases. Despite their limited expertise, they began performing surgeries to save 20 critically injured individuals.
Less than 24 hours after Israeli drones bombed Kamal Adwan Hospital, Israeli forces attacked again, killing 16-year-old Mahmoud Abu Al-Aish, a wheelchair-bound patient heading to the emergency room. Twelve others, including patients, their companions, and medical staff, were injured in the assault.
Over the past week, Kamal Adwan Hospital has suffered more than ten direct attacks, injuring over 22 people, including medical personnel.
On Thursday, Israeli forces bombed the Indonesian Hospital in Jabalia, targeting water tanks and injuring companions of three patients. Previously, the upper floors of Al-Awda Hospital in Jabalia were also bombed.
These attacks highlight Israel’s ongoing efforts to completely shut down northern Gaza’s hospitals. Already crippled by a lack of medical supplies, these hospitals operate with exhausted staff overwhelmed by months of famine and continuous emergencies. The aim appears to be the eradication of any chance of survival for Palestinians in northern Gaza.
Thousands of displaced people were forced to flee toward Gaza City yesterday after Israeli forces attacked multiple shelters in Beit Lahia and continued forcibly evicting northern Gaza residents.
Dr. Abu Safia also affirmed that the Israeli army continues to destroy homes over the heads of residents in northern Gaza neighbourhoods, leaving the area uninhabitable both now and in the future.
The World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) must urgently intervene to provide northern Gaza hospitals with medications, supplies, food, and medical personnel while ensuring the safety of patients, the wounded, and medical staff. In light of the failure of diplomatic efforts, these organisations must at least issue public statements condemning Israel’s grave violations, which have escalated dangerously over the past year.
To halt genocide in Gaza, the international community and the UN must fulfill their legal obligations: impose a comprehensive arms embargo on Israel; hold it accountable for its crimes; protect Palestinian civilians; prevent their forced displacement; ensure their return to their homes; release arbitrarily detained Palestinians; and facilitate unrestricted humanitarian aid, particularly life-saving assistance, to northern Gaza.
The Israeli military must withdraw from all Palestinian occupied territories to uphold international law and safeguard the lives of Palestinians.
